The academic objective of the School of Electrical Engineering is to produce high-caliber Electrical Engineers, capable of making an immediate contribution to the industry and taking responsibility for the development, design, construction application, and operation of devices and systems. The School takes pride in the fact that its alumni are placed in responsible positions with various central and state government bodies, PSUs in India, and in the private sector, both within the country and outside. The B.Tech. the program combines rigorous training in engineering fundamentals and applications with specialized elective courses to accelerate the area of interest of the students.
