SWB is a learning community that is rethinking the educational paradigm. We work with innovative educators around the world to build, pilot and refine learning projects outside of the classroom. 1) Support: We support passionate educators and organizations working outside of the classroom with our 10+ years of experience, knowledge and networks. 2) Document: We document the discoveries of our learning partners, who are designing and delivering initiatives that transcend the traditional education system. 3) Share: We share the valuable experiences from these projects with a global network, so that together we can unlock the true potential of real learningWe see education as a passionate journey towards a meaningful life, safer communities and more inclusive societies.
