In business since 1946, and known for the quality of our service and doctor/client relationships, Schulhof Animal Hospital has built its innovative and effective team on a base of collaborative problem-solving and staying a happy family. Our Hospital Administrator, Dr. Candace Benyei, has been a member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association since 1998 and also happens to be a systemic family therapist and clinical psychologist, as well as a research biochemist and a farmer! She believes the best veterinarians and the best support staff are curious and creative people who are open to new ideas. What everyone thinks and what everyone envisions, matter in our model. We have a long history as a training site for future Veterinarians and Certified Veterinary Technicians, and have a live-in Night Tech and an IT person on site. We also have a dog and cat grooming facility, separate dog and cat boarding facilities, and a fantastic Cat Clinic. And we are active in the community and support the Westport Animal Shelter Advocates.
