Schulich Advanced Strategy Club (or "SASC") was founded to serve the entire graduate Schulich community, including international and dual program students such as those from IMBA, JD/MBA, MBA, MAcc, MFin, MMtg and other master's level programs.Strategy is at the core of all business functions thus its importance is unparalleled, hence the objective of the club (SASC) is to enrich and advance the learning of its members and to give students the ability to take conventional theories and apply them in the real world settings. Each member of the Executive Team works to ensure that the club members have an enriching learning experience that is uniquely different from other clubs. Guest lecturers bring strategy theory to life by recounting successful and unsuccessful business deals and examining how strategy is planned and executed in real life scenarios.
