Schweitzer Orchards is a family business based in Sparta, Michigan, United States. We are 4th and 5th generation growers that have farmed in the same area of the "Ridge" since the 1850's. We grow over 17 different varieties of apples on over 200 ac. Our family operation is working towards the future with replanting our orchard with the news varieties in high density trellis systems. Our goal is to increase efficiency and build our orchard systems to transition to platform harvesting and robotic harvesting in the future.
