STAR promotes social and behavioral functioning of individuals with autism aged from three to eighteen through the application of science and technology. The services provided by STAR are pioneering in Hong Kong and even in Asia. Its RABI (Robot for Autism Behavioral Intervention) program covers a wide range of social and behavioral skills including but not limited to self-care, making request, vocabularies, conversation, narration, and vocational training. It is available for individuals with autism in various channels: online, home-based, schools, and care center at STAR. Different service plans allow us to cater for diverse learning needs and socio-economic background.
