Previous roles have included building engineering departments, man-managing/developing R&D teams (up to 80 staff), project management, project recovery, process analysis and delivering change across a wide range of ‘high-tech' organisations such as Motorola and Samsung.A highly experienced and approachable man-manager and mentor of staff. Coupled with a flair for improving processes and troubleshooting, both within and across departmental boundaries. All underpinned by strong hands-on project management skills and a focus on measurable delivery of agreed objectives. An experienced interim manager at all levels up to Engineering & Project Director level, that is able to work across team disciplines and functions including non-engineering functions. Excellent general business skills and strategic experience complemented by an MBA qualification.
