The employment process at Scisco Media is also unique as the organisation does not hire staff based on qualifications or extensive CV's, but, rather, it hires based on a persons dedication and passion to a good cause or multiple good causes. Although the term 'good cause', is subjective, the entire Scisco Media team believes that the organisations definition is the one that the vast majority of people accept and concur with.
