We have employees in multiple locations across the United States and in international locations. Our solutions are implemented on supercomputer class computing clusters, to high performance embedded systems. Our work has had an outsized impact on our customer's mission.Scorpion operates with decisive leadership and very little overhead creating an innovative and cooperative work environment where every employee has significant responsibility and impact. It also allows us to provide more of our revenue directly to our employees. In addition to a competitive salary, our employees receive: - 25% of salary, deposited into a SEP retirement plan - 33% of salary to cover other benefits - corporate stock options This compensation package results in total employee compensation substantially higher than more traditional packages.
