Ms. McInnes represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimiantion, and retaliation lawsuits. She regularaly defends and responds to state and federal agency charges of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour violations. In addition, she advises on employment law and human resources issues such as performance counseling, discipline and terminations, investigations, drafting employment agreements and employee handbooks, leaves of absence and wage and hour issues. Ms. McInnes frequently speaks on employment issues and regularly presents a harassment prevention training program to groups of managers and/or employeees.
