We aim to change the mindsets of organizations, empowering leaders and their teams, to amplify impact and success. Scout & Burrow is a boutique design thinking agency. We are sector agnostic working with profit-driven, impact-driven and hybrid organizations to assist them in uncovering latent needs, desires, behaviours and impact. We help our clients approach their organizations, capabilities and capacities, with a beginners mind. Design thinking is not a linear process. It is characterized by three somewhat overlapping spaces: inspiration, ideation and implementation. The inspiration space is defined as the problem we are inspired to explore and solve. The ideation space is refers to the process of creating, developing and testing solution scenarios. Finally, the implementation space is where solutions take flight. We are driven to help our clients understand what their organization might look like in the future and develop strategies to get them there. From focus groups to impact business model design; we enlist experts from divergent backgrounds to deliver projects that thrive.
