Created to be a Florida Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) offering Municipalities, School Districts and Airport Authorities construction and program management assistance within FAR & Sarbanes-Oxley governance as well as US Federal/Regulatory Agencies (FAA, DOT, etc….) and requisitioning/oversight authorities (GSA, GAO) and DOD under Homeland Security. All organization and management stewardship to be under Susan Rodgers' team. All engineering assistance to be provided by team led by Civil Engineer Paul Makris, PE, Esq. who is also qualified to act as an expert in all areas of mediation, arbitration and litigation.
