SCR-Dever LLC is a sales, technology and capital markets consultancy focused on developing opportunities in the logistics/transportation, insurance and warehouse/industrial real estate markets.-I currently provide contract sales advisory services to several financial services firms, and "deal sourcing" related capital markets consulting/advisory services to an institutional and family office clientele.-Extensive cap raise experience for hedge-fund and platform real estate sponsors.-Focus areas in real estate have traditionally been on the industrial, data center and healthcare markets.....with a few large multi-family success stories included for good measure.- Extensive healthcare background, including co-founding an ancillary services start-up that provided services to rural healthcare providers.-Extensive advisory experience with SaaS companies as a consultant and sell-side/buy-side M&A advisor.
