Welcome to Script Bar & Bistro – an Italian style bistro located in the heart of Melbourne's arts precinct at Southbank. Nestled between the award winning Melbourne Theatre Company and the critically acclaimed Melbourne Recital Centre, Script offers a sophisticated bistro, superb bar and sun-drenched terrace open from breakfast through to supper. Our menu is predominantly Italian in style and uses seasonal produce, sourced locally where possible, to create approachable dishes showcasing the best Victoria has to offer. Our wine list is extensive and offers 29 different wines by the glass. We also stock a huge range of liqueurs, aperitifs and a nifty cocktail list.
