The SDG Innovation Challenge was created in 2020 to make space and opportunity for youth activism, SDG advocacy, and policymaking to intersect in a pan-African ideation and cross-boundary collaboration space. It's evolved into a powerhouse for young people (18-35) from across Africa to converge in, connect around and co-develop practical solution ideas that address grassroots challenges while furthering sustainable development on a global scale.
