SDI Academy Details
SDI Academy has created an interactive learning platform to empower migrant workers with English communication skills. We partner corporations and employers in the construction and shipping industry to create safer and more productive work-places. Using our proprietary curriculum combined with advance teaching methodologies such as team activities, workplace simulation and an industry-first Befrienders Program, we customise our classes to meet industry needs, ensuring workers are familiar with technical terms and operating procedures of their workplace. SDI has been featured in The Straits Times, Channel News Asia and Asia One. We have received funding and support from from The DBS Foundation, Singapore International Foundation, Centre for Social Enterprises (raiSE) and National Youth Council.
