Sea Change Staffing is a family owned and operated staffing agency for occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, speech and language pathologists and speech and language pathologist assistants. After years of experience working in the healthcare industry ourselves, Sea Change Staffing was created in order to provide local healthcare facilities and therapists staffing solutions with an unprecedented level of quality and personal attention. The owners of Sea Change Staffing were born and raised in the South Bay area of Southern California, which is home to countless hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, school districts and other healthcare facilities. Being a part of the local healthcare industry with extensive experience in firefighting/paramedics and occupational therapy we saw a huge need for local, knowledgable, and experienced staffing solutions for, both, therapists and healthcare facilities.
