SEA Group was founded by Mr. Lu Chu Mang and his brothers together with fellow Chinese compatriots in Indonesia in 1956, and has since become an international property conglomerate with diversified businesses. The Group is spearheaded by two publicly-listed companies in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, S E A Holdings Limited (Stock code: 251) listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Asian Growth Properties Limited (Stock code: AGP) listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.Mr. Jesse Lu, the Group's Chairman and Managing Director, has been with the Group for over 45 years.
