We are a stealth mode start-up company in the Customer Service Delivery Management. We provide analytics products and services for the customer service function. Our performance management solutions help organizations boost their customer experience , loyalty, revenues and achieve operational excellence.Our solutions are suitable for mid to large size organizations with multiple customer service delivery channels such as Contact center, IVR, Web portal, E-mail, Chat and Social Media. Though our solutions are vertical agnostic, our customers are typically in the verticals like Telecom, Insurance, Financial services as well as 3rd party contact centers / BPOs.We have already completed 5 pilots and have 4 paying customers including two Telcos and a Fortune 50 company.We are currently looking to expand our foorprint globally. We are looking for partners and experienced individual professionals who can help us secure small to mid-size pilot projects in the U.S and Europe for a fee.Needless to say that we have an aggressive pricing strategy to gain market entry and establish reference-able accounts to become a long-term global player.The founders of our company are from Top 5 global technology vendors in the Contact Center and CRM industry.
