Seashells Foundation Details
The Seashells Foundation is a community oriented charity seeking to identify and provide support to causes and projects that would benefit from our help. The foundation is named after a child-care group established by our late mother and hopes to embody her caring nature. We aim to foster the attitude of a close neighbourhood and provide everyone in Sydney with ability to access this care. The Seashells Foundation's focus is on the nursing profession and in particular the training and education component. Our fundraising aims to suffice prominent and urgent needs in the community spanning from financial servicing to applied aid work. Education is the key to supporting and nurturing the strong caring structure that the nursing profession already has in place. We will work towards the improvement of education in this field. Ultimately improving the face to face care of patients and easing the daily load of existing nurses. We are doing this by reaching out to the nursing community in relation to how best help them sustain and enrich the standard of care and nurturing that they provide daily to patients. The company has raised almost a $1M in the past two years to support health care in Sydney.
