We strictly avoid any harmful food ingredients such as hydrogenated fats, high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, artificial colors, MSG, harmful preservatives, among many other questionable ingredients. In fact, we have avoided these ingredients for 34 years! Every meal contains a nutrition fact panel and ingredient statement, so you know exactly what you're putting in your body.Our program works because it is simple, effective, and requires no additional effort from you.
