Through online & COVID responsible in person gatherings, we pair coastal cuisine and radical scholarship to bring to life the stories and impacts of our food's journey to our tables. Providing guests with an interactive experience that harnesses the power of inspiration, our events serve to empower and activate people to create impactful change by connecting themselves as part of the natural world.We hope that guests leave our experiences with a better understanding of how we as a community can work for positive change that benefits all people and the environment equitably.Our team's extensive cross sectoral experience in the sciences, music, performing arts, and culinary industries uniquely positions us to execute all logistical and operational aspects required in creating delicious, memorable, and inspirational experiences. We have produced immersive experiences and musical performances ranging in size and duration from single day events, weeklong festivals, and extended duration and international touring performances and dining events.
