Established in 2011, the Sebbag Group (SG), a mining and management consultancy practise, provides expert corporate, technical and operational advice to companies in the mining industry. The organisation was founded by Michael Sebbag an international experienced mining and management professional. SG has developed systems and processes to ensure best outcomes are achieved via cost effective and practical solutions addressing industry challenges. Consulting work is currently provided to companies and financial institutions with a particular focus on mining engineering services to companies and boards. Mining Engineering Services include the following:- Due diligence (DD) and peer review of mining projects.- All aspects of open pit mine planning (i.e. equip. selection, LOM planning and trade-off assess.) and general technical support.- Review and assessment of ore reserves and recon. practices.- Advising companies on strategies to develop project, compliance and project financing. - Study and project management from scoping to feasibility study (FS) level assessments- JORC and NI-43101 public reporting and guidance.- Risk management and strategic planning to support operational performance and efficiency programs.- Staff mentoring and training of technical and operational staff.- Financial modelling and cost estimation models.Board Consultant service include the following:- Provide independent mining industry expertise on M&A, project peer review and DD.- Advice on corporate following areas corporate governance, risk management, strategic planning, OHS, stakeholder management, community engagement - Short term board executive and non-executive board services.A snapshot of SG recent activities include projects evaluation,Peer review of FS, PFS and DD for M&A for operations in Asia, Australia Africa, Australia and South America. SG also has access to independent specialist consultants to assist clients.
