SebCon is a start up company, founded in 2010, registered in the UK offering specialised desk and field Order Management services on Major Capital Projects for long lead, high complexity and high volume equipment packages.Our company is committed to improving the performance of Order Management within a Project environment, offering a higher level of transparency, control and measurability.We offer E&P companies the opportunity to contract the Order Management key/critical equipment packages to a discipline specialist; retaining control and achieving improved delivery schedule management through:• the adaptation of a focused approach• risk assessment post order; documented mitigation and management• impartial Process Group management; working for and reporting directly to the Client• the use of technology designed and developed specifically for the function• recruitment of technically competent resource; performance management• function specific controls and reporting• KPI development and analysis data for reporting and commodity profilingThese services are offered on long lead, high complexity, high volume equipment packages either as • order management on Global supply (Asia/USA)• order management of Regional supply (Europe) • shared order management of a representative segment of project equipment post award (Champion/Challenger strategy)• order management of all project equipment post award
