Founded in 1979, the SEC provides hands-on, cost-effective support to small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions in developing countries and Eastern Europe. Highly experienced volunteers impart their expert skills and knowledge to SMEs and institutions, which otherwise do not have access to this level of professional, affordable support. This project is part of the Swisscontact Development Programme, which is co-financed by SDC (Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, Federal Department of Foreign Affairs FDFA).
