Responsible for the strategic direction, management of the internal operations and the brand awareness of the organization. Secure funding to operate the church afterschool and summer camp programs by writing grants, individual contributions, in-kind donations, and/or corporate donors. Provide complete organizational development and leadership. Manage an annual operating budget of $120,000. Developing a capital campaign and endowment to secure a facility and grow the operation.
