Securities Analysis Club (AKA SAC) is a UF student-run organization that focuses on fixed-income securities, commodities, and FOREX. We introduce intro-level topics focusing on capital markets, futures, and derivatives via general body meetings weekly on Wednesday from 5-6 PM.We also offer the opportunity to dive deeper into these topics via a fixed-income analyst program, where members have the opportunity to create long-short positions for our virtual portfolio and track the returns on a bi-weekly basis. This program offers members that are interested in a chance to see how to apply knowledge introduced in the meetings to the real world.
