The Sedalia Ragtime Orchestra plays Ragtime: music from the 1890's through 1917 in authentic ragtime style. Named after Sedalia Missouri - recognized as the birthplace of ragtime music, Sedalia Ragtime Orchestra strives to recreate the ragime era through our music and performance. We are made up of Southern California musicians with a variety of "Day Gigs" who won't let little things like work get in the way of great music.If you are after that turn-of-the-century feel we are available for your event.
