APJ Abdul Kalam School of Architecture (AKSA) aims at improving the thoughts and techniques evolved over ages around the transcendental field of architecture. This institute offers more than just a curriculum through established practices and norms. While we holistically cover the principles of architecture, our aim is to specifically develop a generation of students who can contribute more to this resplendent discipline through improvised methods and to add innovative elements to the existing compound. We are not looking at generating just another batch of aspiring architects; rather we would like to build a versatile pool of young & competent architects who are zealous to create unique designs, who can tell stories through their eccentric sketches, convey messages through their distinctive models, and narrate vivid tales through robust structures, while keeping sustainability as the key element in each design. Sustainability and Eco- friendliness should be more than words and it should reflect in each architectural design. Under the current circumstances where nature retaliates vigorously to unsustainable growth through natural calamities, our commitment to the environment from the beginning is being widely appreciated. Hence are passionate about shaping young minds to share their vision of responsible and eco-friendly architecture that aesthetically compliments the naturescape around. DETAILSAPJ Abdul Kalam School of Architecture located in Muvattupuzha, Kerala was established in the year 2016 and initiated its endeavor in Architecture and Design from thereon. An Institution of excellence , established and affiliated to MG University offers B-Arch (5 years course) as prescribed by Council of Architecture , New Delhi. AKSA is promoted by the APJ Abdul Kalam Charitable and Educational trust which has entrusted itself to implement the guiding principles of our Beloved Late Teacher and President Sri. APJ Abdul Kalam.
