Seer Tracking is striving to create a safer orbital debris environment for space operations in Low Earth Orbit (LEO). As the density of space debris and the risk of collisions increase as commercial space ventures become more frequent, it is becoming more of a necessity to have accurate orbital debris predictions and mapping capabilities. Seer Tracking's mission is to provide these services to space enterprises who will drive the next wave of innovation with respect to space technology, communication, data science, and imaging. Seer Tracking is a privately held company based in Stanford, CA, and seeks to provide orbital classification and propagation services to commercial constellation satellite companies, private spaceflight operations, and government space agencies. Seer Tracking simplifies orbit determination of large quantities of debris by grouping debris with orbits in close vicinity to each other as a cloud of space debris. With reliance on input data of historical orbital debris TLE (Two-Line Element) data, Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) are utilized to recognize and learn changes in how the space debris cloud rotates and translates through its orbit at different epochs in time. Seer Tracking's technology is capable of predicting a quantized data set of how a space debris cloud will rotate and translate at a future epoch in time, thus providing orbital predictions days in advance.
