CASA of Tulare County transforms the lives of abused, abandoned, or neglected children by providing them with volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) to speak on their behalf. CASA recruits, trains, and supervises volunteers who advocate for the safety and well-being of this vulnerable population. CASA volunteers are trained to act as first-hand experts on the individual needs of these children, giving them the best possible chance at a hopeful future.CASA volunteers are ordinary men and women from all walks of life. They work full-time, part-time, are retired, and are students. Yet all CASA volunteers share these three characteristics: they are dedicated, fierce, and resourceful in their support of children.
