Since we were established in 2002, we at SEG, Inc. have brought to fruition over 100 projects for various clients both locally and nation-wide. We are currently licensed as Professional Structural Engineers in multiple states. Our office policy is that no project is too small or too large and our greatest emphasis is on the final safety of the structure. We call ourselves a "big, little firm" because we are team of engineers who have cut their teeth in large firms, handling matters for Fortune 500 companies.We provide services with safety first and we are willing to approach each project with a creative point of view. We possess the motivation and engineering know how to provide maximum services to our clients. We have extensive knowledge in the design of structural systems from concrete/steel to wood and structural studs. The overall project designs have included architectural exposed structure and historical preservations. Our overall project budgets have varied from 5M to 50M. Our overall customer satisfaction has been ranked highly by local architects and our federal clients and developers. The overall project structural cost deviations have been at the range of 0.1% maximum. In working with the Construction Manager on various projects additional cost saving have been identified leading to a construction deviation of -2%. We have successfully worked with not only our project team members but also with the construction manger partners when their service were required by the owner. Our overall project construction time deviations have been at 1% maximum.
