CEO Roundtable for Small Business OwnersSelect Business Team helps business owners and professionals implement strategies that drive business development. We help our clients in the following ways:(1) Business Development Teams - We facilitate weekly business meetings where a group of non-competing business owners meet and discuss business challenges, marketing strategies and other issues that impact the business. Each member serves as a Board of Advisors to the other members and as a resource to help them not only be more successful in their own business but to be more valuable to their clients.(2) Select Business Marketing - we offer workshops, seminars and other programs that focus on creating a strategy then developing a marketing plan that will move the business in the direction of generating new business. After the plan is completed, we assist with the implementation of the tactics which might include trade shows, social media, direct mail, referral marketing or advertising.(3) One on One Consulting - we assist business owners with the implementation of systems that improve the overall performance of the company. From the first contact with a prospect to hiring new employees, our goal is to work with staff to create more efficient and profitable companies.
