The almost 10 year history of SEMA Services began in 2004, with Wilmslow-based company providing the full suite of mechanical and electrical services to a portfolio of UK-wide commercial clients. Spanning walk-in centres, car showroom, office fit-outs and well over 30 Travelodges, SEMA very quickly established a reputation throughout the North West for delivering professional and competitive services. It was this reputation that attracted the interest of engineering specialist Bowdon Group, who acquired Sema in 2010. As part of the Bowdon Group, Sema has benefited from bolstered infrastructure and continued investment in operations - creating a solid business with a highly experienced team. Today, while many M+E contractors are faced with uncertainty, Sema continues to thrive. This has been achieved through the development of a service which can be delivered nationally but with a local focus.
