She has lived in different countries throughout her life. A traveler, nature lover, and always searching for new answers... she feels a deep love for teaching, as it is a reciprocal learning process. She like to enjoy the simple things, and to serve people.Her background is in business and consulting. She did her university studies in advertising, and then an MBA in management with an emphasis on international business. Throughout her professional life, she has taught in small companies, multinationals and postgraduate courses, in each case mindfulness has been a fundamental tool of guidance. Currently she dedicates her time to teaching workshops through the digital platform Sendero Mindful oriented towards women, seeking to sow in the groups and at an individual level the seeds of full attention, awareness, self-esteem and a kind connection with everything that surrounds us.Join Olga's mission to bring mindfulness into the lives of everyone who is searching for it.
