Anyone serving seniors should ask the question:"What would I do for my mom or dad?"Senectus StoryOriginally, Senectus started with traditional business networking among small-business-owner friends in Dallas. While helping their own parents and older customers, several of these business owners were focusing more and more on helping seniors. Eventually, this led to a cooperative effort to offer bundled services to simplify a plan to either age in place or enter an active-adult, independent- or assisted-living community. These services include real estate, financial planning, quality in-home care services, senior community tours, will and estate planning, secure local transportation and a trusted, reputable moving company, all offering services ideal for the needs of seniors. Intent on simplifying transitions which disrupt the lives of seniors and their caregivers, we coordinated a network of services to address every need during disruptive life changes.Senectus exists to help seniors and their families. Primarily, we co-create a plan and point of contact to make transitions easier for families. Coordination of needed services which offer bundled prices through the Senectus network keeps high quality affordable. Of course, if you have your own service provider you prefer, we include them. Communication updates at every step and consulting on each needed decision keep you informed and simplify your transition. Sorting through possessions, cleaning up and selling the house, making the move and settling in are all part of the coordinated process which Senectus was formed to simplify.
