We provide a quality 24 hour non-medical home care service to vulnerable adults and the elderly within their own homes, which enables them to continue living independently in their safe and familiar environment with family around them. Senior Care Solutions @ Home Ltd provides flexible person centred domiciliary care service and additional support to those who require it. We work with the patient and family members when designing their care package so their requirements and choices are met. We believe it is important that the individual feels valued and is treated with dignity and respect.Our care workers are specifically selected to meet your individual requirements and are DBS checked to ensure they do not have criminal records and trustworthy. Before allocating a care worker we will ascertain what the preferences of the customer are concerning language, culture, religious beliefs, gender and interests. We then introduce the care worker to the customer and only if both the customer and care worker are satisfied will we progress the process. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and the Information Commissioners Office.
