Seniorpreneurs are entrepreneurs aged 50 and over.The current job market sees those over 50 being subjected to ageism and limited opportunities.Work transition is more challenging due to:- being less adept with technology-less familiar with changing business practices, terminology and models that suit a younger demographic-more driven by purpose and a social conscience-needing flexible work or business models-work skills and knowledge base/experience is highly developed but seen as ‘out of date'We are responding to a Need for:-a platform to profile the knowledge base, skills and value of over 50's-a network that's builds a self supporting ecosystem for over 50's Those seeking work, developing a business or engaged in work can support and share through:1. Knowledgecycling platform – online marketplace for knowledge.2. Seniorpreneurs network3. Seniorpreneurs incubator-part of wider business incubator4.
