Founded by 3 Norfolk mums who realised the huge lack of support for families who had children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).Currently SENsational Families have 3 part time staff and a number of dedicated and passionate volunteers. Between them they are running 3 weekly support groups, providing 1:1 support, running the online support forum which is being used by over 1700 Norfolk parents / carers, providing a range of heavily subsidised training and working extremely hard advocating for all SEND children.
