Sense-Reflect-Act, LLC provides consultation services and special capabilities true to the company's tagline "compliance through learning". All aspects of the company services (application of basic network science, documentation analysis, work flow designs, personnel training, FMEA, FDA 483 responses, etc.) are rooted in the belief that the process of continuous improvement, leading to improved compliance, requires genuine learning. Porter who brings many years of industrial, compendial, training and consultant experience to achieve creative learning solutions to a wide variety of problems. Dr. Porter has consulted with clients ranging from small domestic contract facilities through major international facilities and with government agencies as well. He has also served as an expert witness. He was chosen to be an expert witness because of his ability to explain complex ideas in such a manner that the judge will understand them.
