SenseSafe is a wellness tracker for your basement. It measures toxic chemicals in the air such as radon, a common gas found in basements that is also the second leading cause of lung cancer, at regular intervals and reports back insights to owners/occupants of the building so that they know when remediation is required. In addition, SenseSafe can predict short term catastrophic events (eg. explosion due to gas leak, carbon monoxide poisoning) and be configured to proactively inform utility companies or call 911 so that the issue can be resolved without loss of life or property damage.
