The Sensory Service Center is a full-service consumer and analytical testing facility specializing in dairy applications. We strive to create a one-stop research facility for our business partners where we can seamlessly assist in pilot scale production, flavor or compositional testing, and consumer testing. The SSC team consists of highly trained graduate students and laboratory technicians under the direction of Dr. MaryAnne Drake, a distinguished leader in the fields of sensory and dairy science.Our mission is to provide experienced and dedicated sensory and analytical problem-solving services to industry.
