We are a family owned vineyard & winery nestled within the heart of the Fair Play Appellation, Sentivo Winery offers spectacular foothill vineyard views. Experience the best of El Dorado County wines that will engage all your senses. With vineyards at elevations ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 feet above sea level, the Fair Play Appellation has the highest average vineyard elevations in California. This area produces premium mountain-grown fruit. We have been producing wine for over 5 years our estate varietals include Syrah & Petite Sirah. We produce a Rose', Chardonnay, Grenache, Primitivo and amazing blends.Quality is at the forefront of our winemaking philosophy. We use the most innovative vineyard management techniques to produce extremely high quality fruit. Once harvested, our winemaking process includes new French oak barrel aging for 18-24 months (depending on the wine), then another 12-18 months in the bottle.
