Sentry Visions, LLC and its president Ronald A. Hutcheson developed a patent-pending concept for applying a fluorescent, non-toxic earth-mineral based material on ground surfaces - an invisible border. The purpose of the material is to assist in the safe detection of border crossings in direct support of homeland defense and security. The fluorescent, non-toxic material draws radiation from the sun. The earth-mineral based material glows during the night; and, it leaves a clear trail when disturbed by footprints and/or vehicle traffic. The material has strong application for border security and public safety when utilized as a complement to existing land, air and sea detection and interdiction capabilities.
