Back-dropped by several mountains that overlook the stunning "Sentul Highlands", playing this challenging course comes with sweeping vistas in nearly every direction. And nowhere is that more evident than from the "open-air" and cozy clubhouse restaurant, its adjacent terraces, and from the driving range. Stretched out over nearly 90 hectares, the front nine snakes through a relatively cultivated and manicured part of the Sentul Highlands, and were housing is a predominant feature. The opening hole is located right at the back of the clubhouse. From an elevated tee box, the view on the entire fairway – as well as on the fairway of hole #9 to the left – is pretty impressive.Hole #2 is a genuine eye-opener. From the elevated tee box, your tee shot has to land on a relatively narrow and rolling fairway. To have an easy shot into the green, finding a relatively flat section of this fairway is important.Hole #5 runs dramatically uphill. And with index 1, it is the toughest hole on the course. With the pin on the front section of the elevated green, you got to be precise in choosing where to put your ball on the green. Balls that land on the back section of the severely downhill putting surface can easily roll off the green and end up back on the fairway. From there, only a well-executed chip shot will secure par on this hole.
