Senya is literally redefining and reshaping substitute teaching. Our new app will launch in Summer of '22, and will be very much like the 'UBER' of substitute teaching. Schools will have full visibility into subs in their area. They can see their rating, how many jobs they've taken, etc. Senya is especially unique for substitute teachers. Our innovative 'tier' system pays subs MORE cash based on how many jobs they work each month AND by maintaining at least a 4 star rating. Schools love this because our subs are motivated to work more AND to do a better job as a sub.
