Profilati in alluminio per l'industria. E' dotata di tre impianti per l'estrusione di profilati di alluminio, distribuiti nelle unità produttive di Gussago e Lograto. Le presse in questione sono da 1350, 1800 e 2500 ton. E' in grado di produrre estrusi in alluminio con pesi da gr. 15 a kg 10 al metro e/o con le seguenti dimensioni: - Quadrato: max 160mm x 160mm - Rettangolo: max 30mm x 220mm - Tubo tondo: Ø (interno) 160mm e supporta matrici con Ø max 400x200mm Utilizziamo le seguenti leghe d'alluminio: 6060, 6082, 6005, 6063. Siamo certificati UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. Aluminium Profiles for the Industry Sepal S.p.A. works in the field of the aluminum extrusion since 1975. We have three presses (1350T -1800T and 2500T) and two production units (Gussago and Lograto). We use the following alloys: 6060, 6082, 6005, 6063. We can produce open profiles with width up to 220mm and height up to 30mm and tubular profiles with diameter up to 160mm. We are UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certified. Aluminium Strangpressprofile für die Industrie Sepal S.p.A. ist schon seit 1973 in Bereich Aluminium-Stangpressprofilen tätig. Wir verfügen über 3 Presse: 1350T -1800T und 2500T. Wir verwerden die folgende Legierungen: 6060, 6082, 6005, 6063. Wir sind in der Lage offene Profilen mit Breite bis 220mm und Hohe bis 30mm, Rohrprofilen mit Masse bis 160x160mm und Profilen mit Gewicht, von 50/Mt Gr bis 10 Kg/Mt zu produzieren. Unser Qualitätssystem ist laut UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 bescheinigt.
