SequentialRead was founded on the idea that a better world is possible. A world where anyone can be a producer of the internet instead of just a consumer. A world where you don't need capital investment, a highly trained and well paid IT team, or anyone's permission to get started building a business, community, or anything else online. To this end, SequentialRead is currently building Greenhouse, a new cloud service designed to make self-hosting server software **radically easier**.Greenhouse is a "just works" solution that annihilates uncertainty associated with network configuration for a self-hosted server: DNS, IP Address, NAT Traversal / Port Forwarding, Router Configuration, TLS Certificates, etc. This is similar to the service provided by CloudFlare, but with a critical difference. With CloudFlare, the self-hoster has to fork over all of their web traffic (unencrypted) as part of their payment for the service. With Greenhouse, the self-hoster gets exclusive ownership over their web traffic, similar to a scenario where they set up the network configuration themselves.
