Mr. Hsiao founded his production company in Miaoli, Taiwan in 1991 and has been producing Home Fragrance Diffusers to world leading brands from our factories in China since 1995.[Our Factory]The factory producing all Serene House diffusers is located in Dongguan, China. We are the only brand in the home fragrance market producing our own diffusers in our own factory.
