Sertica Industrial Fabrications was established in March 2004 with the specific aim to to serve the petrochemical industry. Our specialty is the fabrication of pipe supports to exact standards. Our 1500 Square meter workshop in Vanderbijlpark is set up to facilitate the production of 50 to 80 tons of structural steel work per month. We have recently acquired new premises totaling 8000 square meter with 10 ton lifting capacity.We are qualified to weld a variety of material types in accordance with ASME and AWS welding specifications. Our welders are coded with regards the above mentioned welding specifications and the welding procedures and welders' certificates have been witnessed and documented by Intertek.Our facilities include guillotining, bending and rolling machinery. We have plasma and flame cutting equipment in house.Our workmanship is our pride and our aim is to execute our duties to the satisfaction of our clients. Furthermore we work in accordance to ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 guidelines. We are in the process of implementing ISO 3834 and will be fully compliant shortly.
